As a means of financing, the scope of asset securitization that had been applied should be very extensive. But Polyclinic Asset Securitization as a means of financing is very rare in china. At present, the fund of polyclinic is insufficient. On a certain extent, the development of the medical and health care had been hindered. In order to raise medical funds through multiple channels, Asset Securitization of Polyclinic will be applied in China's asset securitization financing. That will be play an important role on the development of China's medical and health.
